We hope you're happy with your purchase but if for any reason you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order. We can not provide cancellation once an item has been made and/or shipped.
All the items that I offer on my shop have been described as accurately as possible -with all dimensions, colors and used materials- and we really try our best to take great pictures so you know exactly what you are buying before you receive it. With that in mind, each string of Tree Jewelry is handmade and unique! No two strings are exactly the same!
► UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES
Any package returned to the studio due to incorrrect address given on the order, or undeliverable, will be held for you. Please connect with me to give a new address. New shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, your package will be re-sent once the shipping charges are paid in full for the second attempt.
► PORCH PIRATES: Once your tracking is updated as delivered, if your package goes missing, please first verify that you have given the correct address. Check with your neighbors and other household members to make sure it wasn't received by one of them. Sometimes the tracking will say it was delivered but it comes the next day. After all the previous steps have been taken, it is up to you to contact the post office to geolocate your package and then file a theft of package at your local police department. We are not responsible for porch pirates.
► RETURNS
I hope all these steps make you happy with your purchase! But if for any reason you are not happy, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item in order to be eligible to return it. I will respond within 24 hours so we can find a happy-ending solution together! Due to my policy, I'll refund you the cost of the item that you purchased but only after you return the item to my studio and I receive it. Return shipping on refunds will be at the expense of the purchaser.
Items should be returned unused condition in the original packaging. We kindly ask you to make a secure packaging as we did for you so it gets to us in once piece. Please ask for delivery confirmation as we can not be held responsible for loss in transit and also note that refund is not possible if the item arrives in damaged condition.
► DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item is severely damaged when it arrives to destination, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the damage incurred to your item. We don't provide full refund for items damaged in transit but we offer replacement free of charge. Please note that any request made later than 24 hours & without a proof won’t be considered as a eligible request. Once you provide a proof that the item is damaged, we’ll offer you a replacement of the product you purchased and supply you a brand new item free of charge as soon as possible. Sorry, we don't provide refund for shipping cost and the buyer is responsible to cover the shipping of the replacement.
► MATERIALS
I use heavy duty fishing line and hand cut mirror tiles. Because each piece of mirror is hand cut, there are variations. Most are 1/2" x 1/2", however, occasionally there will be a smaller or larger piece.
► TAXES
We didn't collect tax because Swag&Sass doesn't have nexus in any state, therefore each customer is responsible to remitting tax to their own state.
